Within the next 20 to 30 minutes, you’ll receive a text message with a link where you can review and electronically sign the authorization form.
If you responded “no” to text messages…
We will FedEx you a hardcopy of the form with a return envelope. Look for a FedEx envelope from Valor Firm in the next two to three days.
Once Valor Firm receives the signed authorization…
We’ll submit the request to VA for your claim file. It typically takes VA a week or so to provide us the file. One of our attorneys will review the entire claim file and then we will let you know our thoughts.
We will keep you updated via text or phone call throughout this process.
