Valor Firm can get your complete claim file from VA and review it in its entirety by an attorney.

The entire process (from submitting the request to VA to finishing our review) takes approximately two weeks.

Step 2

If you can’t do an electronic signature, we can send a hard copy of the form with a return envelope.

Step 3

Once Valor Firm receives the signed authorization, we’ll submit the request to VA for your claim file.

We’ll let you know when we receive the file and also provide you with a link where you can download the claim file.

Step 4

Valor Firm will review the entire claim file and let you know our thoughts. Even if your claim is not right for our firm, we will do our best to refer you to others who can help. We will also provide you a copy of your claim file for your records.
